Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected through this website — primarily the invitation request form. Everton is not yet accepting patients, so we are not currently providing treatment through this site, and using it does not create a provider–patient relationship.

We collect only what you give us, plus a small amount of technical information.

Information you provide. When you submit the invitation request form: your first and last name, your email address, and — optionally — your phone number, the area of care you are interested in, and any notes you choose to write. You decide what goes in the notes field; please do not include detailed medical information there.

Information collected automatically. Aggregate page-view statistics through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across sites or build advertising profiles. We also set one functional cookie to remember your language choice (English or Spanish).

To respond to your request and contact you about care at Everton; to notify our team that a request arrived; to remember your language preference; to keep the site secure and working, including basic spam protection; and to comply with law.

Everton does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers, and we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.

We do not collect personal information about your activity over time and across third-party websites, and we do not allow anyone else to do so through this site. Because there is no cross-site tracking to switch off, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals sent by your browser. The single cookie we set remembers your language choice and is not used for tracking or advertising.

We disclose personal information only to the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — our website host, our database provider, and our email delivery provider — and only for that purpose. They are bound to use it solely to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

We keep invitation requests for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete them. You may ask us to delete your request at any time.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out to exercise. To make a request, email concierge@evertonwellness.com; we verify requests by replying to the email address you gave us.

Everton is not yet accepting patients. What you submit through this site is an inquiry, not a medical record, and submitting it does not create a provider–patient relationship. Once care begins, medical records are kept separately under the confidentiality rules that apply to health care providers, and you will receive a Notice of Privacy Practices at that time.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
